As we all know, school is about ot be out for the summer. For some, school is already out(Trinitie!). Everyone has plans, and others are just going to wing it. For me it is my last summer as a child, the last summer that my parents have to pay for me when we fo on vacation. So I have decided that I am going to live it up! I am going to hang out at home, help my sister-in-law with her pregnant self. Then I am going to swim all day, but who is not going to do that!
The reason that I wrote this article though is to talk about my friends who are graduating. One of my best friends, her name is Rachel Noe. She is graduating in a little over a week, and she is the Editor in Chief of the newspaper. She is very talkative and she is always nice. She is going to be the main person that I miss..
I am going to be a senior next year, and that is the main thing that I dread about being this age. When you are a senior in high school you are the head of the roost, you run the school. You can get away with anything, you get priority seats at the football games, you can put the freshman in trash can ( Just kidding!!!!!). You also have the stress of finding a college and a prom date and a prom dress and you have to learn the rules of the world. You have to learn to accept that no longer is everything that you do go your way. You have to learn how to manage your money, because mommy and daddy womt be there to bail you out.
I just wonder if I a ready for all of these responsbilities. I wonder if I am responsible enough to be considered an adult. I wonder if I am ready to be what the world wants me to be. These are my fears with becoming an adult and leaving high school.
